Perhaps the only flaw one might find is in the “systematic” approach to things. Having been raised on Paul’s magnificent letters and terrified by the perceived brutality of the Old Testament, this view was a shock. The chapters are extremely long and go into extensive detail, to the point where one could not easily over this material over a single semester in seminary without burning out the student!

Not only does the author carefully build a comprehensive and convincing case to prove that Israelology has been neglected in theological study, he goes on to write a complete Israelology based on the interpretational principles of Dispensationalism.

This ksraelology especially true of Dispensationalism’s teachings regarding Israel Present, calling it “Dispensationalism’s weakest area.
